This policy explains what data the Omni_ecommerce platform, operated by 5M Empire ("we", "us"), collects when a merchant connects their marketplace accounts, how that data is used, and how it can be removed.
When a merchant authorises Omni_ecommerce against a marketplace account, we receive and store only what the integration requires:
We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account details or marketplace passwords. Those never pass through our systems.
Data is used only to deliver the service the merchant asked for: synchronising catalogue and stock between the merchant's own channels, importing orders for fulfilment, and producing reporting for that merchant. We do not use merchant or buyer data to train third-party models, and we do not use it for advertising.
We do not sell, rent or trade merchant or buyer data. Data is disclosed only to the marketplace it came from, to the infrastructure providers that host the service, or where we are required to do so by law. One merchant's data is never combined with, or exposed to, another merchant.
Product, order and token data is retained while the merchant's integration is active. A merchant may disconnect a channel at any time from the marketplace's own seller or developer console, which immediately revokes our access. On written request to the address below, we delete that merchant's stored data within 30 days, other than records we are legally required to keep.
Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. All traffic between the platform, the merchant and the marketplace APIs is carried over TLS. Access to production systems is limited to the operators who maintain the platform.
This public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookie set by the merchant dashboard is strictly functional — it keeps a signed-in session alive.
Merchants and individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about them, consistent with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Requests are handled at the contact address below.
