Omni_ecommerce ("the Service") is an omnichannel commerce integration platform operated by 5M Empire, Bangkok, Thailand. It connects a merchant's own marketplace storefronts and keeps catalogue, stock and order data synchronised between them.
To use the Service a merchant must hold a valid seller account on each marketplace they wish to connect, and must authorise the Service through that marketplace's official authorisation flow. The merchant is responsible for the accuracy of the data they publish and for complying with each marketplace's own seller policies.
The Service operates through third-party open APIs. Marketplace operators may change, suspend or withdraw API access at any time. Where that happens, the affected functionality may be limited or unavailable, and we are not liable for that change.
Merchant data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Merchants retain ownership of their own product, order and customer data. We claim no rights over it beyond those needed to operate the Service.
We aim to keep the Service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced to connected merchants in advance where practical.
A merchant may stop using the Service at any time by revoking authorisation in the relevant marketplace console. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, breaches a marketplace's own policies, or puts the platform or other merchants at risk.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by Thai law, 5M Empire is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales or lost profits, arising from use of the Service or from changes made by a third-party marketplace.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
